Delivery time for current sample

We will send you sample within 1-2 days if you select our current products. You will receive it about 3-7 days by express.

Delivery time for custom logo on the product

It will take about 3-7 days to make your logo on the product. After that, we will send the sample to you.

Delivery time for develop a new product

It will take about 2-3 days to make drawing. After that, we will take around 45-50 days to open a new mould and make sample.

Production time for mass order

The delivery time depends on your quantity. Usually, we can produce the goods of one container in 30-40 days.

Shipping time to your country

It will take around 25-30 days if ship it from China to Europe. But some country takes short time for the shipment.

Customs clearance time

It will take about 2-3 days for customs clearance when the container arrived your country. After that, deliver the goods to your warehouse.

Can you show us the packing?

Of course, We can show you the standard packing for the barbecue products. Also, we will advise the carton packing if you need color carton or other requirements.

Of course, we can show you our item`s details which we quote you. Also, we can show me by video if you not in China. So that you could know more about our products clear.

What about the FOB (Fob port) COST based on your MOQ?

Usually, we quote you the best price based on one container. But the last price depends on quantity and your requirements. Please call us get the best price.

Can you help us combine the features of other products to create a new product?

It is no problem. We can develop fabrication drawings and mould for the new design. On the completion we will send you the sample to confirm details and test the quality.
