Step 1
Leading time for current sample
Our staff prepare sample and send it to you within 1-2 days if you choose a current one of our products. After that, you will receive the sample in 3-7 days. If there are any questions once you receive the sample, you could contact us, our staff will follow-up.
Step 2
Lead time for custom sample
It will take about 3-7 days if you want to custom logo on the product. But it is depending on your specific requirement. And if you want to develop a new barbecue grill, it will take about 45-50 days to make a new mold and sample.
Step 3
Production time
Our delivery time is 30-35 days for 20ft container. But it depends on the quantity. We can load one container every 10-15 days after load first container if you order 5-10 containers.
Step 4
Shipping time
We advise load the goods by ship. Because the shipping fee is lowest. It will take about 25-30 days to Europe. Also, you can ship it by air if not much. It is very fast and save your time, but the freight is expensive.

What’s your main products in your factory?
We are a one-stop barbecue product factory from China. Outdoor charcoal kettle grill, smoker, fire pit, bbq tools and grill cookware are the main products in our factory. We produce the latest design and customized products for our customers every year.
Do you have product design and development department?
Yes, we have technology dept. Design capability is based on our professional designer team. They with 8-10 years develop new products experience. 3 of them have 18 years of experience on BBQ products. Also, we have our model workshop, if you want to improvement of product performance or change a little design, we can help you make it a reality.
Can I make my logo on the smoker?
Sure. just send us your own logo, our engineer will make a drawing for you to check the design before production. After that, we will make a sample and send it to you to confirm the quality.
How can I check my order if I’m not in China?
Our staff will follow-up the production and keep send you order schedule and production pictures. Also, we using ZOOM for online show you production process. After finish production, our QC will provide you inspection report with pictures for you.
Can I make label, hangtag and manual for my BBQ smoker?
Of course. we can design your own label, hangtag and manual for your smoker grill. We will send you drawing or sample before production. After finish the goods, we pack it into the box or carton.
