Our QC team will check the raw material before production. After that, we will start production. First step is cutting according to the product size.

Forming and Stamping

Our engineer made a mold according to product requirements, and automatic forming and stamping by mold. make bbq grill cookware in exact size.

Step 3

Finish

After finished all machining processes, we will finish it on the products. Like polishing, plating, coating or porcelain enamel. make it with a superior surface finish.

Step 4

Packing & Final inspection

We will clear every surface of bbq grill cookware and do final inspection before packing. Then pack in PE bag, box and carton.

It made in iron or stainless steel 430#. Also, we can made in stainless steel 201 or stainless steel 304 for the BBQ grill pan. Please tell us what material you need before order.

What is your MOQ for BBQ grill pan?
